Marcoola Cooler – 30ml Midori, 30 ml Malibu, fill with pineapple juice and good scoop of ice, float cream on top

Coolum Colada – 30ml Malibu, 30ml Bacardi, splash of pineapple juice and cream, scoop of ice, blend

Beachwalk – 30ml Bacardi, 30ml Strawberry Liqueur, add strawberries and splash of raspberry cordial, blend with ice

Moffat – 15ml Cointreau, 15ml Vodka, 30ml Strawberry Liqueur, build over ice, top with orange juice

Kawana – 15ml Yellow Galliano, 15ml Gin, 30ml Cointreau, build over ice, top with orange juice
